A large majority of our offer is one of a kind, either made by hand or vintage. All idiosyncrasies, including variations in texture or color, wear, mending, and stains are part of the story. 

Should there be any egregious issues please email hello@thankyouhaveagoodday.com with photos and a description.  We will do our best to repair the garment if deemed necessary and appropriate.


We always hope you will love and be completely satisfied with your order, however if you are not, we will happily issue a store credit for New items within 7 days of delivery. At this time we do not offer refunds. 

Returned items must be in their original, unworn and unwashed condition, free of any stains, odors or defects and with all packaging and tags still intact and attached. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at hello@thankyouhaveagoodday.com to request a Return Authorization. Please include which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number which must be included in your return package. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. 

All custom, made to order and vintage sales are FINAL. Thank You Have a Good Day does not offer returns on custom orders or vintage merchandise, all sales are final and all merchandise is sold as is. Please measure and ask questions. We are more than happy to send along as many images and details as requested and needed.  

Please note: some vintage pieces may show signs of wear that are consistent with age. The condition of each individual item may vary accordingly and are sold as is.  We strive to represent our vintage pieces as accurately as possible.

Thank You Have a Good Day utilizes UPS for all U.S. Shipping.

UPS GROUND: A calculated shipping charge will be applied at checkout, based on destination and weight. For ground service customers receive their orders 3-8 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch.

UPS 2nd DAY & UPS NEXT DAY: For all 2nd Day & Next Day orders a calculated shipping charge will be applied at checkout, based on destination and weight. Orders with express delivery will ship same day if placed by 2pm EST on regular business days, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2pm EST on regular business days, weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day.

We cannot accept military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes for delivery. Please confirm billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.  


We highly recommend a cold hand wash and line dry on all Thank You hand painted items.
